OK, so I've been quiet for a while...reason being is my mum who has been having chemotherapy for advanced ovarian cancer has taken a turn for the worst. We have been told that the chemo is not working & the cancer has spread further into her liver & possibly the bowel also. There is nothing more the doctors can do about the cancer so it's basically keeping her comfortable & pain free.
It's been a very hectic & exhausting time & as we don't have a time frame, this may continue for a while.

Playful kittie
After getting extremely excited about finding Sliekje's digi Stamps, I managed to calm myself down enough to take my Copics to this little sweetie...
I'm still learning with my Copics but I'm pretty happy with my results on this one :)

One of my absolute favourite stamps...
I've had this Hero Arts Cling stamp for a little while now but only actually stamped it for the first time yesterday, and well, what can I say...I fell in love with it immediately. I think it's such a striking image.
Another first for me yesterday was getting my hands on some Copic Ciao markers. I am hooked, although I need a LOT of practice. I think I'll be spending many hours watching instructional vids on You Tube.
Anyways, as you can see, I didn't want to ruin the image so I coloured selectively...plus I added some sparkle with my Sakuro Stardust gel pen.

Do you like my Bentley Bears?
Isn't he adorable!
I've only managed to complete stage one so far...hopefully cards won't be too far behind.
These FREE stamps are thanks to the UK 'Cardmaking & Papercraft' magazine, & super thanks to Adam Pescott for designing such a gorgeous little bear.
